3. Pricing & Payment: All prices are in AED and may change without prior notice. We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery.
4. Shipping: We deliver across the UAE. Delivery times may vary based on location.
5. Intellectual Property: All content (images, designs, text) is owned by Pharaoh’s Cotton and may not be used without permission.

الملكية الفكرية: جميع الصور والتصاميم والنصوص ملك لمتجرولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع | Return & Exchange Policy

1. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
3. Customized or promotional products are non-refundable.
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue was from our end.
5. Please contact us to initiate a return.
